
RCMAX Zone – Rules and Guidelines
General Information
Location: RCMAX Drift Zone, Vilnius.
Surface:
Drift Zone: Concrete surface (designed for RC drifting).
Buggy Zone: Carpeted surface (specially adapted for off-road models).
Allowed Models
Drift Zone: Only RWD 1/10 scale drift cars with tires approved by the organizer.
Buggy Zone: Only 1/16, 1/14, 1/32 scale off-road RC models with indoor specification tires.
Crawler Zone: Only 1/18 scale crawler models.
On-site Services
Restrooms available.
Equipped with a mini kitchen.
RC shop offering essential accessories, tools, and spare parts.
Fees
Drift Zone:
With your own model: €10/3 hours.
With a rented model: €20/hour.
Buggy Zone:
With your own model: €10/3 hours.
With a rented model: €10 for 20 minutes.
Crawler Zone:
With your own model: €10/3 hours.
With a rented model: €5/30 minutes.
Membership Fees:
MAXVIP: €89 (access to all zones daily for up to 3 hours with your own RC models).
MAXCLUB: €70 (access to a selected zone for up to 3 hours daily).
Pit Zone
Equipped work area with pit tables.
AC power access for battery charging.
LIPO charging bags are mandatory for battery charging.
Access to restrooms and the RC shop for spare parts and accessories.
Traffic Management
Drift Zone: Max 6 drivers at a time.
Buggy Zone: Max 10 drivers at a time.
Crawler Zone: Max 10 drivers at a time.
Technical Inspection
Buggy Zone: Tires must meet indoor off-road specifications.
Drift Zone: Only RWD models with SPEC tires are allowed.
Crawler Zone: RC models must meet track requirements.
Rules and Etiquette
Wristbands Required: Drivers must purchase and wear a wristband as a permit to use the zone.
Driving Direction: Driving in the opposite direction is prohibited.
Etiquette: Swearing, provocation, or disturbing others is not allowed.
Track Assistance: Drivers stuck on the track must announce it aloud.
LIPO Safety: Batteries must be charged in LIPO safety bags.
Stop Rule: Stopping is only allowed in unused track areas.
Equipment: Intentional damage to equipment will result in removal from RCMAX premises. Fees are non-refundable.
Food and Drinks: Bringing food or drinks onto the tracks is prohibited.
Additional Rules
Non-Smoking Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Pets: Pets are not allowed (except service dogs).
Children Participation:
RC model rental is available for children aged 10 and above.
Younger children can use the track with their own models under parental or guardian supervision.
Beginners and children in the drift track must drive in the designated learning area.
Video Surveillance and Recording Rules
Video Surveillance:
Cameras are installed to ensure visitor safety, equipment protection, and adherence to rules.
Cameras do not record private areas (e.g., restrooms or changing rooms).
Data Security:
Video recordings are stored following GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
Recordings are not shared with third parties unless required by law or legal authorities.
Recordings are retained for a limited period (e.g., 30 days) and automatically deleted unless needed for legal reasons.
Filming for Advertising Purposes:
Occasionally, promotional videos may be filmed in RCMAX premises for marketing purposes.
GDPR-compliant practices are followed:
General areas and events are filmed, avoiding focus on specific individuals without consent.
Written consent is obtained for recognizable individuals (or their children) included in promotional footage.
Visitor Notification:
Visitors are informed about surveillance and potential filming via clear signage at the entrance.
